About Vl Camp 23 Rd
Rare opportunity to own 480 +/- acres of prime recreational and hunting land in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. Located in Schoolcraft County, this expansive property offers exceptional privacy, diverse habitat, established hunting improvements, water features, and hundreds of acres to explore.
An elevated, cleared base camp provides an ideal headquarters for hunting trips and weekends in the U.P. An RV awning is already in place, allowing you to set up camp and begin enjoying the property right away. Nearby a food plot has been strategically cut into the surrounding cover, including a deer blind overlooking one of the openings for a ready-to-hunt setup.
The property features dense stands of pine and heavy cover, providing excellent bedding and security habitat for wildlife. Well-traveled game trails can be found throughout the acreage, with deer, bear, and elk documented on the property.
Adding to the property's diversity, a river flows through the acreage, creating another outstanding natural feature and wildlife corridor. The combination of water, dense timber, food plots, open areas, and secluded habitat makes this an impressive recreational tract.
With 480 +/- acres, there is plenty of room for hunting, trail riding, camping, exploring, and creating your own private Upper Peninsula retreat. Properties offering this combination of size, privacy, established improvements, water, and diverse wildlife habitat are increasingly difficult to find.
