LandBin.com has several opportunities for agents and brokers who would like to affiliate themselves with the largest and most visited land portal in the Midwest.

While we are a technology focused real estate brokerage - we are not an internet brokerage. LandBin.com is a marriage between a full-time marketing company and a full-service real estate brokerage.

We offer our clients all of the traditional real estate services they expect along with the added value of a seasoned and experienced online marketing team. The internet is a very powerful and effective tool, and we know how to use it.

Agent & Broker Opportunities

• Join our team. Realtyscape, the parent company of LandBin.com & LakePlace.com is looking for experienced agents and associate brokers to join our team. We focus exclusively on recreational properties - we do not sell houses in town (we refer them). We feel strongly that there is value in being an expert in your niche, and Realtyscape is well positioned to help you dominate your local recreational property market.
  
  
• Affiliate status. Presently, we do not have "feet on the ground" in every nook and cranny of the upper Midwest - so we work closely with select agents and brokers throughout Minnesota & Wisconsin through the LandBin.com affiliate program. Via a 12 month agreement, our affiliates are assigned an agreed upon group of local zip codes. When contacted by potential buyers through our website, they work tirelessly to ensure our clients achieve their real estate goals.
  
  
• Co-listing with LandBin.com. LandBin.com accepts co-listings from all agents and brokers in Minnesota and Wisconsin. When you co-list your land listings with us, they are given Prime Parcel status on our site, and by default, the co-listed properties are displayed at the top of the LandBin.com search results. With tens of thousands of potential buyers walking through our virtual doors every month - the advantages of having your listings show up at the top of the list are obvious. But the LandBin.com Advantage does not stop there. Because we are named as a co-listing brokerage, we apply our 25 point marketing plan to your listings - ensuring the broadest exposure possible (including access to 19 MLS boards). If you have an important listing presentation coming up, a LandBin.com co-listing can separate you from the competition and put you over the top.
